In collaboration with Comme des Garçons, Nike re-imagines the iconic Air Force 1 low-top trainers with a contemporary twist. Channeling the Japanese label's idiosyncratic style, they showcase a minimalist, tonal color palette and are realized in luxuriously smooth leather with a bold 3D dinosaur design for a distinctly modern appeal.
 
Comme des Garçons is no stranger to the Nike Air Force 1 , having just released a joint collaboration with Supreme in May and another edition wrapped in the Japanese brand's signature heart logo in December. But its latest reworking of the iconic kicks stands out as the most avant-garde look yet. While Comme des Garçons' previous Nike collaborations have been released under the fashion brand's Play and Shirt lines, this new makeup is part of its Homme Plus category. It uses the Air Force 1 Low silhouette in relatively simple tonal black and white-based leather executions, with the standout feature being molded decorations of dinosaurs at the toe box area.
 
COMME des GARÇONS and Nike are teaming up, yet again, for a very distinct edition of the Nike Air Force 1 s. The new sneakers come in the colorways all-white or triple-black and are topped with a plastic dinosaur mold addition over the midfoot designed by sculptural and installation artist Scott Hove. For those who like options, the dinosaur toppings come in yellow and light blue for the all-white sneakers and black for the triple-black. The colorways are also available in low-top and high-top. Featured first on the runways of Paris Fashion Week for the 2017 fall collection display of COMME des GARÇONS, the sneakers made their way to a HOMME PLUS installation display in Dover Street Market New York. And now, they're available to the public for purchase.
